For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format,
the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred
either (a) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that all plan
of corrections have been saved to your clipboard or (b) at the time we transmit
the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer
or (c) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is
available for downloading from the Site.
You agree that you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Covered Parties
(as defined below) against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including
reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to the items specified
in paragraph 7.1 below.

of the Products, (f) any delay or failure in performance beyond the reasonable control
of a Covered Party, (g) your breach of the Terms of Use; or (h) any suit, claim,
or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other

"Covered Party" means (a) SnapShotPosters.com as the provider of the Online Services
and/or Products, its affiliates, and any officer, director, employee, subcontractor,
agent, successor, or assign of SnapShotPosters.com or its affiliates; and (b) each
third party supplier of products and services, their affiliates, and any officer,
director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor, or assign of any third party
supplier of products or services or any of their affiliates.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COVERED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OTHER CLAIM
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ONLINE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
